Who we are
zrce.com is an online guide to Zrće Beach, operated by Maroon Horizon Ltd, a company registered in Ireland (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below.

Visiting this website
When you open the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are kept only for a short period.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, where visitors come from and whether the booking and ticket buttons are used. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. GA4 does not log or store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Contact form
If you send us a message, we process your name, email address, phone number (optional), the option you choose under “I am”, the subject and your message to reply to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is delivered to our team by email and kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up.
Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect the contact form from spam and abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Turnstile is loaded only when you reach the contact form. It checks, without puzzles, whether the form is being used by a person, and processes technical information about your browser and device for this purpose (legitimate interest in preventing spam, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Videos, maps and webcams
- Videos: festival and club videos are shown as a picture first. Only when you press play is the YouTube player loaded, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube (Google) then receives data about your visit. Google Privacy Policy.
- Maps: the map on the home page loads Google Maps only after you click “Show interactive map”; club pages show an embedded Google map. Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. Google Privacy Policy.
- Webcams: the live images on the webcam page are loaded directly from the camera operators’ servers, which receive your IP address.
Outside websites, tickets and partner links
zrce.com does not sell tickets, accommodation or travel itself. We link to outside websites that do, and some pages show content from outside providers, for example a ticket shop that opens in a window on our page. When you use such a website or window, that provider receives data about your visit and handles anything you enter there, such as your name, email or payment details, under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details.
Some links on zrce.com are affiliate links. This means the partner can recognise that you came from our website, and we may earn a commission if you book. It does not change the price you pay.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and, where processing is based on consent, to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, please use the contact form.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Ireland the Data Protection Commission.
